Services

Support and services for people living with ALS and their families across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, including equipment loans, guidance, and practical help to make daily life safer and more comfortable.

Feed Assistance Program

New for 2026, the ALS Society of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia is introducing a Feed Assistance Program to support clients who are prescribed a feeding tube after January 1, 2026.

Under this initiative, when a client is prescribed a feeding tube, the Society will provide up to $500 toward the cost of formula.

This one-time funding is intended to help ease the financial burden during the transition period, while clients and their families secure alternative sources of financial support.
